Terms of Massage Therapy Package Purchases

Service-Specific Package Use

• Packages are only valid for the specific service they were originally purchased for. They cannot be used for different services or applied toward upgraded session lengths.

Red Light Therapy (RLT) Usage 

• RLT is included in all packages; however, it must be used at the time of service redemption. It cannot be saved, transferred, or used separately.

Expiration & Conversion to Gift Certificate 

• Any package not redeemed within four (4) months from the date of purchase will automatically be converted into a gift certificate for the remaining balance. Gift certificates do not expire but remain non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

No Refund Policy on Massage Packages

All package purchases are final and non-refundable. However, any remaining balance may be converted into a gift certificate for future use, subject to the conditions outlined above.
