Meet Lisa

Lisa has 16 years of experience as a massage therapist with a diverse background in therapeutic bodywork, prenatal and postpartum care, and orthopedic-focused massage.

She received her massage therapy education in Chattanooga, Tennessee, completing an intensive year-long massage therapy program with extensive hands-on and clinical training.

Lisa is also a birth doula and Body Ready Method practitioner, giving her a unique understanding of the body throughout pregnancy, birth preparation, and the postnatal period. She especially enjoys working with prenatal and postpartum massage clients, using techniques that support comfort, mobility, and overall well-being.

She also specializes in clinical and orthopedic massage, incorporating techniques such as myofascial release, cupping and neuromuscular massage to address pain, tension, restricted movement, and musculoskeletal concerns. Her experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, along with training in kinesiology taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, has further strengthened her understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and common orthopedic conditions.

Lisa also practices lymphatic drainage for wellness and enjoys tailoring each session to the individual, whether they are seeking support during pregnancy or postpartum recovery, relief from pain and tension and overall health and wellness.
