Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
When you schedule an appointment, time is reserved specifically for you and no one else. No-shows, late cancellations and late reschedules cause a significant impact on our small business and our staff.
Out of respect for our providers, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for a cancellation or a rescheduling of an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before an appointment you will incur a fee (see below).
Late Cancellation/Late Reschedule Fees (Less than 24 Hours Notice)
1 Hour Massage or Facial $50
90 Minute Massage or Facial $75
2 Hour Massage $100
Community Acupuncture Appointment $25
Private Acupuncture Appointment $40
No-call/No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee

We require prepayment for couples massage and lymphatic drainage massage services. There is no refund for these pre-paid services.
If you need to reschedule the date of your couples massage or lymphatic drainage massage you can receive a credit on your account to use in the future, as long as you reschedule 24 hours or more before the already scheduled appointment time. Anyone canceling or wishing to reschedule 24 hours or less before their service will forfeit their pre-payment.

Mutual Respect Policy
At The Wellness Hub, it is our goal to create a healing environment for our clients and staff. We expect that you will show the greatest respect to our staff, therapists, providers and other clients.
Any clients or patients who disrespect, abuse, or harass any staff member, including providers, front desk staff or any employee of The Wellness Hub will be barred from receiving services.
Any form of sexual or other harassment, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, sexualized comments or comments about race, gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity will not be tolerated. You as a client can expect the same respect from our staff members and therapists. Please note that our massage services are entirely professional and non-sexual in nature. Draping is required and strictly enforced at this facility, in accordance with local law. Any violation of our mutual respect policy will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave our facility.
