How Does It Work?
Each month $80 will be withdrawn from your credit card on file. This will give you a $80 credit towards your first massage or facial of the month at The Wellness Hub, and you'll receive discounted member pricing on that service.
If the service costs more than $80, you'll simply pay the difference when you come in (but still get the member discounted price).
Any additional massages or facials you have throughout the month will also receive member pricing.

The "Fine Print" - The Nitty Gritty on How it Works
- Your card will be charged $80 on the 1st of the month.
- If you decide to sign-up on a day that you're receiving a massage or a facial, you will receive the discounted member price that day.
- The membership is on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation policy (once you give the notice to cancel, your membership will be canceled in 30 days)
- If monthly dues fall within the 30-day notice cancellation period, one more monthly dues will be processed as the final payment and the membership will be canceled.
- If you miss coming in for a month, your member credit will roll-over (accrue). You will never lose any credits.
- You may gift an unused credit on your account to a friend or family member at no additional charge.
- You receive one (1) complimentary red light therapy session per month. This is an added bonus and does not accrue on your account if you don't use the session.
FAQs
Are there any discounts on community acupuncture or chiropractic for members?
No. Community acupuncture visits are priced very affordably already and we aren't able to offer any discounts for community acupuncture. Chiropractic at The Wellness Hub is a service through Renew Integrative Health, which is a separate business, and doesn't fall under the membership program.
Is this the same as the Private Acupuncture Membership?
No. Private Acupuncture with Kendra and Rosemarie has it's own membership which makes all private acupuncture follow-up treatments $80. With this wellness membership you can receive $10 off your first private acupuncture visit (regular price is $150) as a perk of being a wellness member. If you'd like to continue with private acupuncture at a reduced rate you can additionally join the Private Acupuncture Membership.
Do I have to pay any activation fees or cancellation fees?
Never. There is no joining fee and if you need to cancel just email or call us and we'll cancel your membership after 30 days no questions asked (if monthly dues fall within 30 days, one more monthly payment will be processed, and then it will be cancelled).
Are there any massage services the membership doesn't apply to?
All massages and facials are eligible for member pricing.
What About the Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy is that if you cancel in less than 24 hours before your appointment or don't show up to your appointment, you'll be charged a fee. If you're a member, the same rules apply and you'll be charged a fee. You can also choose to have a member credit cover the appointment, if you have one available. This allows us to pay our providers for the time that had been reserved just for you. However, if we are able to fill your empty spot, you will not be charged the fee.
