Frequently Asked Questions about Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Florida
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, our services are by appointment only. You can book online or call us at 904-512-7551 to make an appointment. Same-day appointments are sometimes available, so always give us a call. Available appointments will show up as close to one hour before they start on our online booking site.
Can I bring someone (or my child) with me to my appointment?
Maybe!
We have two waiting rooms where a friend or loved one can wait for you quietly during your appointment. However, if you are wanting to bring a child to your appointment, this is a bit tricky. We don't have childcare on site. If you are coming for a massage, facial or private acupuncture, your child can wait with you in your treatment room while you are receiving your service. We recommend bringing something to occupy your child. However, if you are scheduled for community acupuncture your child will not be able to wait with you in the group treatment space or in the waiting room so you cannot bring your child. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I bring my pet to my appointment?
While we absolutely love animals, for the safety and comfort of our other patients and clients, you may only bring registered service animals, if necessary, to your appointment. We cannot allow pets or emotional support animals to accompany you to your appointment.
Can a minor (under 18) receive treatment?
Yes!
Minors will need to have their parent or guardian in the room for them for private room acupuncture, facials and massage on the first visit. For community acupuncture, the guardian may come to the treatment room for the initial treatment phase, then the parent will need to wait in the waiting room for the remainder of the treatment.
Do I have to undress for my massage?
No, you are encouraged to dress down only to your comfort level for your massage. This will look different for each client. Most clients do prefer to dress down to their undergarments for a massage and will always remain professionally draped under a sheet and blanket throughout the service.
