What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized form of bodywork that helps to open your body's natural detoxification pathways. MLD is also sometimes called lymphatic drainage massage, although it's not really a massage, but a form of bodywork!
The lymphatic system is our body's natural "house cleaning" system. Lymph is a clear fluid containing a multitude of white blood cells - it helps your body to fight infections and disease.
