Ronnie is a licensed Acupuncture Physician and is Co- Owner of The Wellness Hub. He has operated his community acupuncture clinic - The Bow Acupuncture - in Jacksonville since 2014. Ronnie is passionate about offering affordable acupuncture through the community acupuncture model. He treats a wide variety of conditions including chronic pain, allergies, mental and emotional health and more.

Kendra is a licensed Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist and Applied Clinical Nutritionist. She is Co-Owner of The Wellness Hub and has operated her acupuncture and holistic health clinic Be Well Healing Arts (located inside The Wellness Hub) in Jacksonville since 2013. She specializes in women's hormonal balancing, prenatal wellness, musculoskeletal pain relief, chronic fatigue and digestive concerns. She loves to combine acupuncture, functional medicine, clinical nutrition and lifestyle changes to provide the best holistic wellness care to her patients.

Joyce Palamar, Licensed Esthetician & Licensed Massage Therapist

Joyce Palamar is a Florida-licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician with a deep passion for holistic wellness and skincare. A graduate of The Florida School of Massage in 2006, she has spent nearly two decades helping clients live pain-free. Joyce’s path to the healing arts was shaped by her own recovery from childhood injuries and a scoliosis diagnosis, where massage, chiropractic care, and stretching helped her avoid surgery. She believes self-care is crucial for achieving physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, and she’s committed to guiding others toward that equilibrium. Joyce embraces the mind-body connection and often says, “The issues live in your tissues.” She finds great joy in using massage therapy for somatic-emotional release, helping clients feel more at ease.
In 2018, Joyce completed the skincare specialist program at Alpha School of Massage. Specializing in microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, acne care, and anti-aging treatments, she’s passionate about educating clients of all ages on effective skincare. Her goal is to provide deeply relaxing facials that leave both your skin glowing and your mind at ease.

James is a clinical massage therapist specializing in injury recovery and relief from chronic pain patterns. He has advanced training in neuromuscular massage, which includes postural analysis, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. He also incorporates lymphatic drainage into his sessions to aid in reducing inflammation and increasing detoxification.

Nyel Brogden​Licensed Massage Therapist - MA58098

With over 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and 17 years as a skilled esthetician, Nyel brings a deep well of knowledge, compassion, and healing to every session. Her massage specialties include Swedish relaxation, hot stone, therapeutic bodywork, prenatal massage, and therapeutic stretching. She is also certified in oncology massage, offering safe and supportive care for those going through a difficult time.
As an skincare specialist, Nyel focuses on skin nourishment, barrier repair, lymphatic drainage and restoring a radiant glow. Her facials are designed to deeply rejuvenate the skin, with a special emphasis on sensitive skin, mature skin and reactive skin.

​Alyssa's passion for massage therapy was ignited at a young age after her family got into a car accident and her mom's neck was injured. Alyssa instinctively began to massage her mom's neck regularly to provide relief - and found she loved massage (and was a natural at it!). While Alyssa was working in the high-stress legal field, she began to dream about a career where she could use her talents to help people feel better, just like she helped her mom. Ever since graduating from Alpha School of Massage here in Jacksonville, Alyssa has been working out those kinks and knots and helping her clients to relieve stress and tension from their lives! She incorporates deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, hot stone and aromatherapy with relaxation techniques to combine the best of both worlds - therapeutic pain relief and a deeply relaxing experience.

Ebony was inspired to go to massage school when a close family member began experiencing chronic pain as a results of an illness. ​Bradley attended the prestigious Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida and has been practicing massage therapy for over seven years in spa and pain management settings. Bradley is trained in Swedish massage, neuromuscular massage techniques, reflexology, hot stone massage and is also a certified Reiki II energy worker. Bradley's goal is to listen to his client's goals to craft a customized healing session for both body and mind to relieve pain and spark renewal and relaxation.

When she's not assisting clients, you'll find her at home caring for her sweet cats or in the kitchen baking a fresh loaf of sourdough—her favorite way to unwind and nourish those around her.

A recent graduate from the University of South Carolina, Barbara brings fresh energy and a sharp eye for strategy to our social media presence. With a background in sports marketing and an internship with the Jacksonville Jaguars under her belt, she joins us at the exciting start of her career. Barbara now leads the charge in managing and elevating our social media platforms—infusing each post with creativity and professionalism.
