Mental Health Counselor Room Rental at The Wellness Hub

The Wellness Hub, a multidisciplinary holistic health clinic and organic spa on Jacksonville’s Southside, seeks one or two mental health counselors to join our team. Opened in August of 2021 by two established acupuncturists, The Wellness Hub offers acupuncture care, massage therapy, functional medicine (coming soon), chiropractic care and houses an organic spa on the second floor. 

We seek a mental health therapist who shares similar views about whole-being wellness and the connection of mind-body-spirit - who seeks to work in a multi-disciplinary wellness practice. A therapist who emphasizes practices such as mindfulness, self-compassion, positive psychology and a strong belief in somatic therapies would be an especially good fit. Being trauma informed is a must.

We are offering one large room for rent (160 square feet) that would be good for one therapist or two to share. The room is unfurnished.

What you can expect: This is not just an office rental but an integration into our team. While ultimately you're responsible for building your own clientele (you will be a separate business), you can expect referrals from our team as well as inclusion on our website, ability to participate in in-office promotions as well as promotion in our e-newsletter. 

$500/month for the room
$200/month for office services
$700.00/month total plus 7.5% Florida commercial rental sales tax

We are Offering Step-Up Rent to Allow Some Time to Build Clientele

•  $400 plus tax for months 1 & 2
• $550 plus tax for months 3 & 4
• $700 from month 5 onward (total amount) plus tax

Office Rental Includes: 

• 160 square foot room with tiled floor, blinds on windows (unfurnished)
• Utilities - water/heat/air/trash removal - (you bring your trash to dumpster)
• Purified central air with Air Oasis Air purifier/ozone free ionizer
• Use of common spaces: waiting room (able to display your marketing materials), fridge/microwave in breakroom, bathrooms with paper products/soap
• Able to put business signage on outside of building and in waiting room area

Office Services Include: 

• Internet
• Use of water cooler in waiting room for your clients
• Front desk assistance to greet your clients
  • Available when our front desk is staffed… right now 5 days per week at differing times each day (will be more at some point)
• Use of printer/copier/paper/ink
  • Within reason, please don’t print a book or something! ;)
• Professional cleaning once per week, sweep, mop tile, vacuum rugs, dust
• Featured on our website and in our monthly newsletter for counseling services, plus in the beginning we’d do several dedicated newsletters about mental health services.  If you ever want to share articles throughout the year on mental health services we can also include those in the newsletter and we can include it on our social media as well.
• Common Area Maintenance (CAM) - Maintenance and cleaning of parking lot and outdoor spaces, plus common indoor areas​
