Massage Service Menu & Pricing Adjustment

The Wellness Hub has been open for just over two years, and we are so grateful to be serving our community here in Jacksonville, Florida! During these two years, we’ve gone from 2 massage therapists offering a few types of massage, to now 9 massage therapists offering multiple massage modalities - including many clinical and specialty massage styles that are hard to find elsewhere.

In order to keep up with rising costs of living for our staff,  the increased cost of doing business, and in order to reflect the high skill level of our therapists, it has come to our attention that we need to adjust our pricing a bit.

Offering affordable massage and holistic health services is very important to us, and we hope you find our new pricing structure to be very fair. Our philosophy has been to never nickel and dime our clients, and to always provide lots of additional value. We love to serve our community with the highest quality massage and bodywork services and we trust that our high standards of service will continue to please our clients for years to come.

At The Wellness Hub, when you book a one-hour massage, 90 minutes or two hours  it means just that. You always get the full time that you book as hands-on time and we don't rush you out so that we can rush our next client in (provided you're on time for your appointment, of course. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to not feel rushed).

Please Note: If you are a current member, your monthly membership payment will stay exactly the same ($70 on the 1st of the month). This $70 credit can be used for a 60-minute The Classic massage service for no additional charges (or choose our Signature Organic Facial). If you'd like to upgrade to The Advanced Massage, you'd simply pay a $10 upgrade fee for a 60-minute service when you come in, or for a 60-minute The Specialty it would be a $20 upgrade. For longer services, you'd also pay the additional upgrade fee, all at our very reasonable member pricing.

This price adjustment will go into effect on October 1st (one month from today). Our new massage menu with three different tiers goes into effect today (September 1st), so you will be able to book these services immediately at the old pricing. The price adjustment will start October 1st.

We now offer three service "tiers" for massage - 

We are excited about these changes and feel like they will help our clients get exactly what they are looking for out of their massage experience. 

The Classic Massage - a full-body relaxation massage that includes complimentary aromatherapy, hot stones and hot towels at no additional charge, if desired. This massage is perfect for stress relief and overall body tension relief. You just may fall asleep on the table you'll be so relaxed!

The Classic Massage Pricing - 
(Note - Our member pricing for this service is exactly the same as our pricing has been for the past year - no increase)

The Advanced Massage - A massage using advanced bodywork techniques such as cupping therapy, clinical & neuromuscular massage, deep tissue trigger point massage,  Reiki, reflexology, stretching and more. Any/all of these modalities can be included at this price, according to individual therapist offerings. You can read our individual therapist bios here. This service is great for targeted relief of acute or chronic pain and tension, as well as for additional advanced techniques as desired such as Reiki, Stretching, Graston therapy, etc. Elements of The Classic massage can be included in this massage at no additional charge if desired.

What About Prenatal & Couples Massage?

Prenatal and couples massage can be booked as either The Classic or The Advanced and the same pricing applies (just times 2 for a couples massage).

How to Save On Your Massages in Jacksonville, Florida

Join Our Membership at $70/Per Month: 

We’ve made it a no-brainer to join our membership. Our membership is month-to-month, you can cancel anytime, with 30 days' notice*.

$70 will come out of your bank account on the first of the month, which gets you one Classic Massage 60-minute massage per month (or a Signature Organic Facial). You can upgrade to a longer massage and/or to The Advanced or The Specialty massage and receive our affordable membership rates. Credits never expire or go away, even if you cancel. You can also transfer accrued member credits to friends for no fee. Additionally, you receive one free full-body red light therapy session per month as a bonus (sessions do not roll over as massages do) as well as a few other discounts.

*Once you fill out our cancellation form online, your membership will be canceled in 30 days, which may include another member fee coming out if the 1st of the next month falls within that period. Member credits never expire or go away and you can always share accrued credits with friends/family at no additional charge.
Please note - members who joined prior to September 1st, 2023 have different terms to their membership for cancellation, and the terms they signed up under will apply.

Membership Not for You? Get a Package: Prepay for 4 or 8 sessions and receive the member price for all massage and facial services. If you buy the package of 8, you also receive 8 complimentary full-body red light sessions.
